A little bit of context: Benji got separated from his twin brother Asahi when he became a soul. Due to Asahi's overbearing nature, the relationship between the brothers grew more and more strained throughout the years. But nonetheless, a part of each soul died that day.

The Shikai is not very different from it's normal form, it's inspired by a Nagamaki, so the blade and Tsuka are longer, giving him a longer range. 😄 Benjiro is currently 4th of the officers in the 1st Division. ✨
