WaPo: Putin is the duly elected leader of Russia whose term expires in 2028 at which time he will have to stand for election again. And Kim Jong Un is the leader of the DEMOCRATIC People's Democratic Republic of Korea. Labeling them "dictators" mischaracterizes their true status as elected leaders.
