I made this a week before BFC when the injury was fresh. I couldn't leave the house for a while without help (still hard). I couldn't access my toolkit. The flashbacks came, and they hit me hard. The toxic shame followed. I am not struggling atm, doing great recently, but I want to keep sharing.

The past haunts me, but I will always move forward, regardless. One day, I will be free.
