Pretty easy to make! Tofu blended with nutritional yeast, bit of oil and lemon juice, garlic. I like to add herbs. There’s also a good recipe in Bad Manners cookbook that blends some sunflower seeds in it too for flavor. Use it in stuffed shells or lasagna too!
