There are companies that will handle the splitting if you're stuck with shared metering. E.g. www.orangecharger.com will install a bunch of smart outlets, bill the individual users at a premium, and send the HOA/building owner a cut to cover the electric bill... Did I learn about them from you? 😝
Reliable, right-sized charging makes Orange chargers future-proofed, affordable, and scalable for multifamily properties.
I believe it is possible, maybe even not that unusual, to install 2 meters and the electric company sends you a combo bill ($50 + $20 = $70), a merged bill ($70), or a pair of bills ($50, $20). E.g. sometimes two units get combined into one. The cost of the copper snaking around can be surprisingly.
When the company you've been dealing with for years gets acquired. > I have good news for you. The reason you are seeing a $15 bill is because you have a $10 credit on your account.
Day trip or friend day sound fun 😄 It's the Vancouver Fringe festival in September. You could check out a few shows. I enjoyed hitting up Granville Island and catching a show or two some years back 😁 Maybe there's a chill bike ride event you could join?
Doooooo it! It sounds like you wanna but are maybe worried someone won't like it? If they don't live with you, their opinion hardly matters 😜 You're the one who's going to look at it every day and either 🥰, 🤷, or 😑
Type F best type! Aesthetically, type G is like some ugly lab prototype that accidentally leaked into the world. You can only like it if you were born near it. 😝
This is an excellent hobby! Any faves or new discoveries you'd like to share? 😁
I would, though I think making it optional might be best. In fact I donate to Mastodon monthly. I mean look at Discord. That's a social media site and I'm continually surprised at how many people are subscribed to it.
Maybe regional thing? It's almost always shortened in my experience, but I hear "prolly" or "pr'lly".
