If I wasn’t using Twitter to promote my art and make money I would have deleted my account two years ago. I think it’s good that people have finally had enough and decided to leave. Prioritize your mental health over some stupid website.

The biggest reason why I made a Bluesky account was largely because I couldn't use Twitter anymore. ( I'm Brazilian so Kinda didn't have much of a choice there lol.) But now I just... can't get back to that old toxic wasteland This is a much nicer place, a healthier place. and I sure prefer it

this may come from a non-artists perspective but i support all these artists (yourself included) choosing to migrate somewhere they feel safer and also slowly so far a fuck load happier then stay in the toxic zone that is twitter even if they don't have as great a reach here

I had somebody straight up report every single post I made on twitter and every single retweet for 3 months straight. Three. Fucking. Months. Just as the most petty example of how fucking negative an experience that hellsite was for me post-muskrat.

Not to mention the TOS update where nobody can opt out of their posts training the Grok AI. (Except for people in Europe thanks to certain EU laws). But a ton of artists are about to have their work stolen by that AI starting in Mid November.
