That would be great.
Pics from yesterday's beautiful Chariot Festival and procession in Lewisham. Many thanks to the Tamil community and the Sivan Kovil Temple for letting me photograph, well organised, very peaceful and colourful. Pics at the news agencies.
I'd rather watch the grass grow than the beard.
Ps. I really like Louise Haigh's hair colour, it's so vibrant and great for pictures. Must be a lot of work to keep it like that/no roots. It suit her.
Pic of the sweeties. They were smarties, and I quite like what they were trying to do there, but not sure if it worked. I also liked the 'Tugend-Hacks' printed seat signs they had put on chairs reserved for press. The Trumpian foam hands less so.😉
Also went to cover Tom Tugendhat's Conservative Party leadership campaign launch in Westminster this week. Interesting venue, certainly had more atmosphere than some of the other launches. Not sure about the sweets with Tom's face on them (the print melted after a while and, well...but anyway).
Some pics of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Sir Keir Starmer, departing 10 Downing Street for PMQ's on Wednesday.
