I realise it comes from a good place but folks fighting over the next American president are so out of touch with reality. Your foreign policy doesn't change and my people in a number of countries will continue to be slaughtered. It's really that simple.

I see your point. On the other hand, someone as erratic as Trump makes a global war even more likely, and that would certainly be worse for everyone. Imagine what's happening in Gaza, at that scale, happening in hundreds of places at once, with no world attention to speak of.
