The point being made is that aid won't stop genocide and is in fact a form of erasure of Palestinians and the continuation of their occupation. The question should be less on aid and more on why do Palestinians need aid at all? Do you understand the point to some degree?

Palestinians themselves say that don't want aid, they want an end to the occupation. There's a larger point being made here and absolutely no one is saying we shoushould starve Palestinians.
