Yeah I was thinking about a problem I have with my body recently and tried out the phrase "I wouldn't wish it on anyone" and had to laugh because I wish absolutely horrible things on people all the time.
im probably doing it right now!
I often think "I wouldn't wish _____ on my worst enemy" and then immediately start making a list of exceptions
