Can I ask where the classes are through? Sounds like you do them at your own pace? My daughter wants to sew and I haven’t really since home ec ages ago. Just got a new-to-us machine off marketplace but would love some guidance as we set off on this adventure.

What do you make when you’re hungry but don’t have it in you to carry out a recipe? I just roast whatever veggies I have, include a potato and or sweet potatoes and make some sort of fresh veggie slaw or salad. Or stuff pepper w/avocado mash. Nom nom! #vegan#easyvegan#vegancomfortfood

I used to sprout when the kids were young but since I started back full time I found it hard to keep up. You’ve inspired me to try again!
