There should be a nation wide movement to occupy vacant homes.

I hear in China there are twice as many apartments as are actually needed. Something of a world record of a housing bubble, that is in the process of bursting, taking down one company after another.

If only it were that simple.

In France you are allowed to do that with such homes/buildings known as a squat. I am not sure how French laws seems to allow this compared to ours.
