Sure, I agree. Within the methods of that research one obtains such results. Cobalt should be well manageable for the arguments you mention. With some luck even lithium may become less critical, at least for the case that sodium-ion batteries emerge fast.

Great research! A detail: I am not sure whether cobalt will be a top critical material for long. The main prospective use seems to be batteries, but battery tech is moving away from cobalt by leaps and bounds. Critical materials is basically a to-do list for materials substitution.
