Y'all do you have ANY idea what life is like for LGBT+ humans in assorted North African countries? In a number of countries *they do not *exist* * (officially). A country like Algeria would not allow a competitor not of the "right" gender to compete. Also there is MAJOR racism+ orientalisme at play
