Best way to put it honestly, Bluesky is literally the first time I've actually been going out of my comfort zone online in 7 years. Much prefer having a small following than having a large mush of people, in my personal opinion.

Ive never managed to build much of a following anywhere, but this place is so nice and filled with so much real art I dont mind a bit :))

Left Twitter and it feels...good? This is...this is nice??? Peaceful, even? Lot of good people migrated, and the scary ones are still on the bird app. O.O

I know it hurts leaving twitter. It sucked. I had 13 years+ there and a lot of friends. Maybe a bunch will come here, yet. Now... this place is hopping. Cool science and archaeology and writers etc. Have some faith.
