I'll be honest. Thinking of our elders shivering regardless if they are Scottish or English is appalling. But then so is sending winter fuel payments to those in warmer climes who have no need for it. Surely, there is an easier way to keep these people warm who truly need it.

Correct, ScotGov cannot keep robbing Peter to pay Paul in an effort to mitigate WM decisions, that said no doubt ScotGov and the SNP will be cast as the bad ones here.
Once more the BBC platform Labour spokesmen including Sarwar who claim it has nothing to do with Reeves. It is SNP mismanagement. BBC fail to ask why it is different for Labour to claim that the Tories through austerity are to blame for Labour's cuts, but not for the SNP?
