Kept hearing voices in the hallways around my room but management said nobody else was checked in on my floor

Asked other neighbors on floor about that but they said there was no management. Hate these mixed messages. Also Ice machine only dispensde cubes of frozen blood, crushed option didn't work. I hate this place
