Well, it had to happen considering how many have tried to kill him, Kamen Rider Black RX finally killed a child (albeit accidentally). Hilarious, dead child grief gives him his first cool powerup.
Cowards for immediately revealing it was a Jeremy Beadle style prank on him though.
