I think that I have used it once, but I had not thought of it myself. It seems to have the same functions (little surprisingly). we had a specific problem with labelling the EU-SILC data which we struggled with for a while and ended up with sjlabelled. There are non factor variables in the EU-SILC with assigned value labels for a small set of values (mostly the zero value). As we want to reproduce the information in the 1/2
