Pain is usually my signal to slow down and it's deeply humbling/frustrating to have my body telling me to slow down and I'm not in pain. I'm also throwing the kitchen sink of foods that previously triggered a really painful reaction prior to the surgery at it this week... 😂
Gonna be checking in with the doc on Wednesday to figure out when it's safe for me to resume my workouts modified but energy level is certainly going to be a big part of that return.
When I was younger and dumber I once installed a ceiling fan on a live circuit without shutting it off. Work with one hand in your back pocket and you're probably good. But yeah... I'm more careful now 😂.
120v tickles for the most part but 600v scares the shit out of me.
The most absolutely frustrating thing about this is I'm not in any measurable amount of pain. I'm actually in less pain than I was prior to the surgery. I'm just uncomfortable and I tire so much easier.
House mate had guests for dinner and while I loved the company, I'm just so exhausted. I can't wait until I'm recovered and a basic social gathering in my own home is no longer exhausting.
Oh, oh my yes.
Hell yeah.
It's just an empty lot tho.
