If Twitter gets banned or restricted in certain countries, then it will be mostly the responsibility of Elon Musk himself. Stochastic terrorism is an abuse of free speech and letting countless Russian bots spread fake propaganda, to undermine our institutions, is an abuse of free speech as well.
That's the response of Elon Musk to the riots inflicted by far-right extremists in the UK. I wonder, what else it takes for law enforcement to act against this rabble-rouser.
Basic rule number one: EVERYTHING that comes out of the Kremlin is either a lie, misinformation, disinformation or other sorts of propaganda, that is targeted at the western audience with one main goal: Trying to seed us with mistrust in the credibility of our own institutions. DON'T fall for it!
