At work we had crafted a paragraph about what services to contact for suicidal ideation in our documents to patients, purposefully listing 988 first and 911 last. We've been doing it since 988 came out. This week the Board made the decision that 911 needs to be listed FIRST.

We didn't even know they were discussing changing it. And I'm not aware of them asking those of us that put the language together WHY we listed it last. There were REASONS.
