I haven't figured out the filtering option yet. Luckily, it hasn't been much of a problem. Probably because I'm completely unknown, so that helps. So far, anyway.

One thing I notice whenever I check out the profiles of AI/Crypto/NFT accounts on here is that many of them haven't posted in a month or more. I hope it's a sign that these scammers realise they are very much not welcome here, and that their tactics won't work.

...Also, as an aside? I love how, denied an environment where they can simply purchase followers by the thousand to fake their popularity, we can see just how irrelevant these dickheads truly are, reflected by their follower counts.
