Given what happened with the redistricting ballot measure, it seems pretty likely

I think there were a lot of hard-earned lessons from the first re-districting amendment. People (I trust) are saying they learned from those mistakes with the Abortion and Pot provisions this year, and the renewed anti-gerrymandering push for next year.
