Well, I spent my afternoon designing a rackmount system for the pis, the router, and combined power supplies for all of them. Watch this space for pics as I print and assemble all of the bits.

My initial design for a 1u power supply, built around an existing shelf. A 5V power supply on one side, 12V on the other, 4 pin aviation plugs for output on the front, PowerCon for input on the back. Parts not shown are just dupes of the ones that are.

As is typical, how I want it all to work doesn't line up well with things that other people have already designed or are selling.
