there's nothing that makes me feel worse than knowing that the standard of healthcare for young trans people seems to be designed to force them through the puberty they don't want as much as possible so these cis fucks can tell trannies apart from real people more easily
puberty blockers are a minimum standard of care. hrt can and should be started at typical puberty time if they know early enough

We will always be the ones to have each other's back. We must be there to offer homebrew hrt to the families and children that need it, even if illegal, in the future. Defiance to injustice creates lasting changes the law will never be able to reverse.
