Hey Darling, wake up. New Lamia led harem anime just dropped. Goodbye, Dragon Life seems like it'll be fine. Just an Elder Dragon reborn as a dude out in the country living his best human guy life. I don't suspect it'll surpass Monster Musume though.
Two eps in, Gundam Requiem for Vengeance maintains the Kaiju/Horror vibes well. The typical Gundam heroes are nigh unstoppable, we're often shown/told they're literally built different. Characters like Shiro & Ilia are shown to be talented but no match for that next tier. I like rooting for them.
Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance has a solid 1st episode. I like giving the RX-78 a sort of Kaiju or horror villain vibe from the perspective of those who initially face it. I wonder about the choice of Unreal Engine. If this were a fan project & even half as good it'd be lauded but this is official.
It was actually ADV's Bubble Gun Crisis Tokyo 2040 that got me into the franchise but this seems like a pretty nice package to snag the original.
Getting started on Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance. As a Bluegrass anime fan, I feel obligated to endorse this Zeke's opinion, at least in this particular instance.
So ends Plus-Sized Elf, perhaps a flimsy excuse to draw plus sized ladies of various fantasy races but, I'm here for it. Honestly I wish more series had this level of diversity in body types. Delicious in Dungeon did a good job of it too.
Back to Shangri-la Frontier. I still appreciate the lack of a 'Death Game' angle for this series. There's enough stakes in keeping Emul & Rabbituza secret from the rest of the SLF player base. I also appreciate this season's OP. www.youtube.com/watch?si=GSJ...

Alongside Ranma 1/2 & Dan Da Dan, Netflix went & slipped Orb: On the Movements of the Earth in the weekly release schedule too? An abstracted/fictionalized tale of the discovery of Heliocentrism in spite of the Church's brutal efforts to suppress it. Not for the kiddos. youtu.be/YLyzqMU_Zjo?...

No wonder I thought it looked a lot like Mezzo Forte & Wizard Barristers. Virgin Punk also has Yasuomi Umetsu involved. I know we've had anime with this kind of style for awhile, it still makes me think of the early 2000s. Modern HD video has really helped it. youtu.be/lKqDAfNmHx8?...

The cast for the English Dub of Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night looks promising. A really great girl's band series, with though not all the girls are musicians. An artist, a singer, a song writer and a VTuber/Videographer. The subtitled version is already on HiDive news.hidive.com/2024/9/16/hi...
