Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts? No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead?

I’m hearing impaired and I have an Arlo video doorbell that rings my phone and therefore directly into my hearing aids. Not sure if that’s an option for you but it was super easy to install.
I’m not sure that’s going to work but good to know at least a good brand name for future reference! Thanks.
I will note it wasn’t stick-on though. It had to have power.
