What a difference a filter makes: Had brief pockets of clear sky tonight so figured I’d test a new light pollution filter. Didn’t expect much given that I only had time to take about 10 shots. In bortle 9 conditions, that usually sounds a death knell. Was surprised to tease out something compelling.
