(char and garma don't actually mind that much. she's happy so they're happy.)
they've been walking around and standing in lines for hours on end and can no longer feel their legs. mineva's having the time of her life tho.
is it? i haven't really looked into the novels but i feel like there's something else i'm forgetting so feel free to correct me if i'm wrong
because, y'know, on the internet if something isn't the best thing ever it's the worst thing so basically i want to be able to judge them and see if they can stand on their own merits by going in with a clean slate
well with angel notes i had no idea it was considered his worst work until literally just now as for the tsukihime and fate animes i mostly just want to see if they're really as bad as people make them out to be or if it's just people exaggerating
(NOTE: THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I AM BEING COMPLETELY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS.)
i know but i've already decided to get into the nasuverse in the worst way possible; by starting with the tsukihime anime and watching deen/stay night right after 😌
i dunno all i knew was that it was his first work and that it sounded interesting also it's really short so when i went to read i just went "well it's 3 am so w/e"
are his later works like this? do they improve? because if they don't then i don't think the nasuverse is really for me
which i personally think is a terrible way to tell a story i'm not saying he had to do a giant exposition dump or anything. i'm just saying he should've added more context and worldbuilding into the actual story instead of dumping everything into the glossary.
