Greetings, I’ve been toing and froing. Work related stuff. The past 2 days made a really good change. I attended a 2 day course on Non Technical Skills. Now you may wonder what on earth has that got to do with Train Driving. Well. A lot. There’s so much to things we take for granted.

How we communicate, 55% body language, 35% verbal and 10% words. What we do consciously and unconsciously matters. It’s recognising what determines how better we do in actions. Planning ahead is preparation. Fail to prepare is preparing to fail.
