When Musk took over Twitter, I deleted my account right away. But honestly, it's not like I was using my account for anything other than reweets and using the search engine. The takeover just pushed me to finally delete my account and remove the app from my phone.

It's not like I never wanted to put my thoughts down somewhere. But the internet has moved on from the days of livejournal where you could whine about your personal problems in peace, and the worst that would happen was boomers poking fun at you for being whiny on livejournal.
