that being said, aquest has very strict terms regarding monetization. so long as this is a purely hobbyist project and it cannot be monetized or used to advertise, then you are free to use and distribute anything using aquestalk samples.

i went back and checked aquest's audio license again and they also don't allow the use of AI with the audio from their software. you would only be allowed to make an english defoko through sample editing, rather than through RVC like the english adachi reis that are floating around

i made a c+v english defoko bank Like,,, 2yrs ago and i COULD distribute it if i wanted to (i don't want to tho, cuz i was bad at using praat then and her formants are fucked) but i would have to mark it as being just Aquestalk-F1 instead of defoko
