The GOP have all ripped the Beatitudes out of their Bibles.
Some people just never met the MAGA "jesus" who is full of hate and years to deport millions.
“I call on our former president, President Trump, out of the goodness of his heart..." I applaud the effort, but Trump doesn't have that ability.
When left in the right hands, religion can help a community. It's just unfortunate that the GOP weaponized the Bible for their own nonsense instead of actually reading it. Because of that, we have an unfortunate, but relevant generalization of Christians being right-leaning wingnuts.

That's great, but 60% of the county voted for Trump in 2020. We'll see if Jesus' message resonates to these Christians are they'll turn back to worshipping Trump.
In a shocking turn of events, if you actually follow the gospel of Jesus Christ you'll...help those indeed, love thy neighbor, come together as a community, and much much more. But reading comprehension isn't big on the todo list of the GOP, especially when it gets in their way.
