Sitka is brilliant - comes with Windows and other MSFT stuff. Buying the software just for the font, it would still be a bargain.

I bought the book years ago, and in the first 20 pages I broke into laughter several times at how awful it was. Stopped reading for my sanity. I think I threw it to the garbage, i did not want it inflicting any damage on anyone else

you can use your otf or ttf fonts on Kindles. I use Ten Oldstyle by Slimbach on my Kindle. Works great.

Is there anyone against transactional DDL? After many years in Postgres I had to work on MySQL for a while, and migrations were such a fresh hell

I went to grad school at Columbia in the 2000's and could not be bothered to go to commencement. Instead, a few friends made our own graduation gowns and had our own ceremony at Battery Park. Today this is a proud memory.
