Ugh out and about and I really didn't want to be

Spent hours just trying to take my mind off things it hasn't worked fantastic

Sorry for not being overly active here just dealing with some #mentalhealth things

Well d day on my way to the mental health team

Hate the fact that I simply can't switch off

Yay for bed rest with stomach flu

I actually wrote 14 pages in my journal wtf I must have needed to rant

Now time to think of I go forward with a plan but it's gonna be alot of work and my course starts very soon. I guess the two can co exist

I am going to sleep and I am going to be mulling a few things over. Don't worry it's nothing serious just need alot of space to think
