He’s the guy who’s so excited for ai to replace “median humans”. It would be a just irony if this saga ended with him unemployed, but it seems like one tech company or another is going to snap him up.
Allegedly sexually abused his sister and the NYT doesn't want you to know this for some reason.
Well, might be because he's extremely clever ... or extremely stupid. Either way, we need to know what he and his ilk are plotting.
The NYT gave away the game this morning. Silicon Valley and the tech media are in constant search of the next Steve Jobs. It's Altman's turn now that Musk and SBF flamed out.
Tbh the whole thing is just really fucking weird and invites speculation, which is catnip for opinion pieces and reporting in general. Also, Sam himself is almost certainly putting a number of those stories out there via friendly journalists.
