Funny that the failure of Quantumania (with an all-white (except for you-know-who), mostly-male primary cast), doesn’t support his thesis… and doesn’t get mentioned.
Best response I find is not watch the movies that the powers and the fans against diversity want us to watch.
And of course he has other thoughts too: "Not that I have anything against women, but..." I guess 82-year-old billionaires are just helpless naïve little babies wandering the deep dark dangerous woods all by themselves.
Color me silly, but an utter lack of understanding of the company's product should preclude you from being in charge of it in any way.
I cringe at Marvel content being dictated by Wall St. For all his faults, Kevin Feige took some big risks that largely paid off (GotG, Black Panther, WandaVision)
