For anyone finding this here and needing the same thing - Per Kaitlyn (over on The Bad Place), folks can plug in a switch to the 3.5mm jack that's labeled with the Xbox logo, and pressing that will work :)

To be fair, they were guys with wigs. Also, they still wanted to own other people, which really should play a larger role in disqualifying them for hero worship. People love their peer pressure from dead people though :(

.. whoah? Well FWIW, I'll gladly vouch for Britt's knowledge of gamedev & games accessibility. She's been very successful bringing in more players for her devs, and helping them bring their accessible vision to life. I'd love to see her at Xbox, and envious if she lands at your studio/pub instead.
