An American Airlines gate Attendant once gave me attitude for asking about preboarding due to disability and when I contacted their ADA officer he offered me 5,000 miles which is like 5 dollars, which made their actual apology worthless and insulting.

What the actual hell?! This is absolutely absurd. Wheelchairs should be the first priority after the passengers!

The American luggage people are all: - “don’t stress, just be patient!” 🥰 - “don’t worry, we can rent you a chair, no problemo!” 🤡🤡 - “I’m sure they removed your chair from the plane to make room for more bags, after all we can’t be leaving bags behind!!!” 🚮🚮🚮
