Haven't done gaze tracking in a while but something to consider, if you have a 3d scene you may want to track both eyes to account for vergence. Also be sure to have a scene camera to record what people are actually looking at if they're not head fixed

Pupil Labs glasses are probably the most affordable you are going to find.

Tobii Pro Glasses are pretty good but expensive.
