Windham County is pretty big but Wheeler must have been near the Tolland County line, because Mansfield Center is in Tolland County (it’s now part of Mansfield).

A lot of Wheeler’s stones are in my hometown (Windham), though some in Lebanon, too, so New London Co as well. But mostly in that area around Windham.
