This looks really great! What did you do for the neon light effect? Asking for a project I've been struggling with
thank you! i created a thin, more concentrated glow outline on a color dodge layer, then two larger/softer glow outlines, one on color dodge and the other on soft glow (i'm not sure if all programs have soft glow though)
