How do we feel about the concept that “suffering is a choice” I have tried “choosing” not to suffer but like…it doesn’t work any more than choosing not to have a broken leg.

I’m gonna do a deep dive video/analysis on it soon if you want to remember what happens. I read it once a few years ago and wanted to go into it again. I just read “Tell me I’m worthless” and enjoy the haunted house metaphors for traumatic oppression. It reminded me of Mexican gothic.
Damn I’m like 20 days in to no weed. I still want it and it’s very difficult avoiding it but I’m doing it. My sinuses are very grateful and so is one of my cats who hates weed smoke.
