I, personally, don't see what the problem is? All illegals crossing the border outside of ports of entry should be rejected and sent back to their origin. I'm for 'asylum' and their is no reason that they should have from using it a POE when they come across.

privacy is not essential for kids. Your days as a kid are much different to today. Kids get knapped all the time because there is not a parent nearby. Kids get in serious trouble because a parent doesn't know. Rittenhouse is a good example of that.

I agree with the circuits decision. there is a difference between protest and civil disobedience IMO. There already exists laws on the books that state that if you are part of a group and anyone in that group commits a crime, you are also liable in that criminal conduct.
