2/ HHJ Beard also bemoans the lack of guidance on filling in Pt 8 of the ET1 (the Particulars) & that often in LiP cases at present there's no useful alternative to EJs delving into the case at a PH & producing a list of issues for the parties to respond to if disagreeing - a time-consuming approach
2/ In upholding an unfair dismissal finding, the EAT also found it not perverse for the ET to find bad faith in the employer saying it'd await a police investigation outcome before deciding on whether to dismiss but then making that decision before that investigation had concluded.
Have you let Underhill LJ know you are better? He seemed very concerned for your wellbeing last week.
No, he didn't risk that one. He fetched it up though, when he should surely have fessed it up!
Were the criticisms all about your controversial pronunciation of Fecitt?
He really was spine-tingly good in that half hour, wasn't he? Especially after Underhill LJ let him get on with it. A masterclass in succinctness and signposting and in giving the Court a whole lot to think about (he had a decent leader too, mind you).
Our school sent my daughter home with a French Horn. You’ve got off lightly!
Do you not have Aidan O’Neill’s carpet-focused submissions in Miller (No 2) playing on repeat? They are glorious even if a little perplexing.
Is Simon a 3 from the top fan, a preferrer of 6 small numbers or does he plump for an inverted T?
I try to avoid E-numbers in my cooking where possible, thanks.
