Same here, when people have their stories about wild weddings I just have nothing because all our family weddings were the most sedate affairs.

I somehow only went to one religiously dry wedding. My other dry wedding experience was in one of Alabama's last dry counties during the Iron Bowl. My wife's cousins were sneaking shots of Wild Turkey to folks out of their truck and the step-father of the bride almost got thrown into the woods.
Accurate. Even at my own wedding, I was questioning if we should have been serving beer and wine. Felt wrong.

Nothing beats the dry wedding I went to at 11 AM on a Saturday where the couple did a speed run of their reception because they Waited Until Marriage. Group I was with wasn't raised protestant, I had to explain to them why it felt so rushed.
Our wedding was dry because otherwise her parents wouldn’t have paid for it. But we absolutely encouraged people to BYOB.
