oohhh! monsters would be interesting to see — a personal take on things like selkies, harpies, lamia, sirens, or more monstrous takes on the White Stag, an ambiguous 'angel' or 'demon' type of thing too. I can sympathize on the brain blanking though, sometimes I have to let thinks cook in there haha
