“Hezbollah stronghold” is intentional, to make a huge section of a city out to be a fortress of soldiers. Hezbollah is a mass movement/political party, part of the infrastructure & civic life of Lebanon; just as anyone tied to Hamas—Gaza’s governing party!—is labeled a terrorist.

I get you but what should be done? If a street gang in Buffalo was getting money and weapons from the Mexican government to launch rockets indiscriminately into Toronto, what should the correct Canadian response be?
