Your periodic reminder: Fuck Cancer. Attended funeral this weekend for a former coworker. She had a lingering cough she saw a doctor for. They found cancer just... everywhere. Within 10 days, she was in hospice. Just over three weeks after that first appointment, she passed.

Her husband says the speed was a small blessing. There was minimal pain and the speed left no room for false hope. I hope he and their son find comfort in that and the time they got. But Fuck Cancer and take care of yourselves.
